Shipping & Returns

We ship within 1 to 3 days of payment receipt, via the United States Postal Service, using the least expensive means of shipment, First Class Mail, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. In Canada, via USPS First Class International Mail unless the Buyer requests expedited shipping at their expense.

We will accept returns for any reason, however, we cannot reimburse the shipping expense for items unless the reason for the return was an error on our part, the item was not as advertised in our listing or we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color or it arrived damaged.

In order for us to accept your return and process it for exchange, it must be returned in its original item wrapper or box with all of its tags attached, unworn and or unused, within 7 days of contacting us of your intent to return the item.

All of our items are shipped with shipping labels that provide us with tracking and delivery date information. If you need to return an item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We can be contacted by sending us an email at sales@bestshoppetilyoudrop.com. Upon receipt of your email we will provide you with our mailing address and expect your item to arrive within 7 days of our email response to you.

Include with your return a statement of your reason for the return, whether you want a refund of your purchase price, or if you want the item exchanged, then the item title, model number and price of the item you would like sent to you. You will only be reimbursed for your return shipping to us if the item you received was not what you ordered or the wrong color or size due to our error. You will not be charged for shipping of the exchange item being sent to you
